Definitely not the advertised size

I ordered 2 pairs of EU size 42. The bag they both came in started EU 42, but the actual boots are EU 39, so needless to say, don't fit at all. It's quite disappointing as I waited several weeks for them, only for them to be significantly smaller than advertised, and thus completely unwearable.
